2026年5月、スピンオフプロジェクト「Seagulls In Japan」が始動。
第一弾として、日本の伝統技術を現代に同期させる新ブランド「heri:sync」が参画。
Brighton & Hove Albion FCのアイデンティティと、日本の誇るべきクラフトマンシップが融合した、ユニークで新しいプロダクトが誕生しました。

●着物における「一枚の布と帯」の関係性を現代のバッグへと再構築した、機能的なデザイン。
●100年続く伊藤染工場による、一版ずつ丁寧に染料を刷り込む伝統技法「手捺染」を採用。繊維の奥深くまで染料を浸透させ、鮮やかで味わいのある色表現がなされた、厚手の木綿素材を使用。
●デザインには、クラブの象徴であるストライプを大胆に拡大して採用。膝の上に置いた際、大胆に拡大されたストライプが隣席のサポーターと視覚的に繋がり、スタジアムに一体感を生む空間的な設計
●ブランドタグには福井県の伝統工芸「越前織」を採用。高密度に織り上げることで、緻密な文字デザインを「織り」で表現。

May 2026 marks the launch of the spin-off project, "Seagulls In Japan."
As the inaugural partner, the heritage-modernist brand "heri:sync"—which synchronises traditional Japanese craftsmanship with contemporary life—joins the project. This collaboration represents a unique fusion of Brighton & Hove Albion FC’s identity and Japan’s esteemed artisanal traditions.

【Brighton & Hove Albion FC by heri:sync Artisan-Handcrafted Kaban (Bag)】
● A functional design that reinterprets the traditional relationship between the "single bolt of cloth and the obi belt" found in Kimonos into a modern bag.
● Crafted from heavy-duty cotton dyed by the century-old Ito Dyeing Works using "Tenassen" (traditional hand-screen printing). By meticulously applying dye layer by layer, the pigments penetrate deep into the fibres, achieving a vivid and soulful colour expression.
● The design features a boldly enlarged interpretation of the club’s iconic stripes. This "spatial design" is engineered so that when the bag is placed on one’s lap, the stripes visually align with those of neighbouring supporters, creating a seamless sense of unity throughout the stadium.
● The brand tags feature "Echizen-ori," a traditional high-density weaving technique from Fukui Prefecture, allowing for intricate typography to be rendered entirely through the weave.
