Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations

We only provide individual assistance in the case of initial product defects or damage.

Refunds and Return Shipping Costs

In the event of an initial product defect, we will issue a full refund of the product price.

Please return the item within 14 days of arrival in its original condition (unused, unworn, and in original packaging) with the receipt. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
